EVAN M. LEVOW
“My practice is 100% DUI defense litigation. A client doesn’t hire me to hold his or her hand and plead them guilty. Clients hire me and my law firm to thoroughly assess their cases and evaluate all relevant defenses, and then to fight for their rights in court to seek the best possible result under the circumstances. I am a DUI trial attorney. I prepare cases as if they are going to trial. I always attempt to work out cases without a trial where that is in the client’s best interest, and take cases to trial where clients are not satisfied with the resolution offered in pre-trial.”
